Bought this sight ages ago as my first red dot. The two selection power switch is extremely flimsy and is easily sheared off. The battery sits exposed and in the front of the sight, right below the front part of the tube. It's held in place by a metal clip, which is also easily damaged, either by direct hits or with too much force when changing the battery. As well the sight is extremely hard to clean completely if paint gets in between the sight tube and the mount. The front tube cover easily falls off.
I switched to a NcStar 1x45 sight for the same price: sealed, solid glass and aluminum construction, waterproof, been running perfect for 4 years of use.
