This vest is adjustbale in the shoulders and sides.  This is the vest we most recommend for smaller/younger players.  It can be adjusted in size to fit them and it has some built in padding.  Vest will hold 4 standart 140 pods, tank, plus misc gear.  A hydration sleeve is built into the back. (hydration badder not included).  Pod holders and tank holder is movable.
