Concentricity

The barrel bore needs to be perfectly in the center of the barrel material. It just makes sense that if you're wanting to hit the target directly in front of the barrel then the barrel bore should be perfectly centered down the barrel towards that target. Any drift of that bore within the material will push the ball in that direction and cause ball curving spin. Good concentricity is critical for a straight shot without curve.  This image refers to fiberoptic cable insulation but it illustrates this concept very well.

Cylindricity

The barrel bore should be circular and straight. We all know that paintballs are not perfect spheres. But when your bore isn't circular all the way down then it amplifies a paintball's imperfections. Excellent circularity just takes out one more variable making for more consistent shot to shot accuracy.
