When i initially received the bag i felt like it was very nice and heavy duty. i immediately loaded my gear in it and had plenty of extra space. i then unzipped one of the side pockets and the zipper broke. i tried to fix it by zipping the 2nd zipper pull and it broke off in my hand. very disappointed.
