When ever you play paintball, you tend to do things sometimes to get out out of the line of fire. Some thing you mean to do, while others were just not planned. When you go down to the gound, planned or not, you should always have protection on your knees. The knee is probably the one thing that is the easiest to get torn open while you are playing so make sure to get good knee pads so you stay out of the hospital.
