Before I replaced my heavy bolt with the TechT zero kick, it really wore down the sear. After getting a new APE board, I replaced all the parts to my E-grip, this included. You could see where the heavy stock bolt had worn down the sear, after years of playing, especially when I converted it back to mechanical. If you have had you E-grip for a while, I would recommend replacing it every few years, depending on how much you play, and what upgrades you have done to your marker.
Definitely worth it!
