I originally purchaced this short rail along with the Trinity "Angled Foregrip" as a way of mounting it. After assembling it to my M16 Shrouds and attaching the foregrip, I discovered that it was a little tight to the foregrip. I have since moved the weaver rail to an M 4 Carbine Shroud and will attach a flashlight to it. It is all metal and fits perfect to an M4/ M16 Shroud, and is sized to fit the M4 better.

Fit perfectly, no gap add 4 inches to the barrel and Nice smooth finish inside of the barrel
