International Shipping
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
 

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, brokerage fees, duties fees, customs fees,international tariff fees, and other fees, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

If you refuse the package and do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to Tippmann Parts. The total amount of fees due, plus any return shipping charges, will be deducted from your refund in addition to the standard 10% restocking fee charged on all returns.

If you refuse to pay the fees and they still deliver the package, Tippmann Parts will hold you responsible for any fees we incur on behalf of your order. By refusing to pay any fees directly you are authorizing Tippmann Parts to charge the credit card you used to place the original order the exact amount of any fees the shipping company charges to us.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.

Exchange Rate
  We take payments for orders in U.S. dollars, and all cancellations/refunds are returned in U.S. dollars.  A variance in these 2 amounts may occur as we have no control over exchange rate fluctuations.
Freight Forwarders
 

Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally complications not covered by Tippmann Parts. If a freight forwarder is used, the following terms will apply:

  • Tippmann Parts will not be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods after they are delivered to the freight forwarder. This means that Tippmann Parts is not able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any goods delivered to a freight forwarder. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and goods lost after being received by the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
  • You (or the freight forwarder if you so designate) become the exporter of the goods and are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all U.S. export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country. Tippmann Parts must not be listed on any export or import documentation (e.g., import or export declarations, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
  • Products exported by you through a freight forwarder may be returned, provided that you are responsible for all the costs associated with returning the goods to the U.S. You may locate our return address here.  In addition, you become the exporter and importer of record of the shipment; title and risk of loss transfer to Tippmann Parts upon receipt of the goods at our warehouse.

UPS International

  • UPS Worldwide Express: 1-3 Business Days Delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon
  • UPS Worldwide Saver: 1-3 Business Days Delivery by end of day
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 Business Days Delivery by end of day

USPS International

  • Express Mail International (EMS): Up to 5lbs.  Delivery in 3-5 business days from shipping date for many major markets. Includes delivery status information with USPS Track & Confirm tool.
  • Priority Mail International (PMI): Reliable, priority handling to over 190 countries worldwide. 6-10 business days. Tracking to Major Markets.
  • First Class Mail International: Delivery varies by destination. 1 - 4 weeks. No tracking available.

NOT ALL METHODS ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL COUNTRIES:  When you place an international order, the shipping options shown are the only methods available to your country.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

International Shipping Policies
 

We gladly accept orders from all around the globe by internet or telephone.

International orders are defined as orders with ship-to addresses outside of the United States. International orders do not include orders being shipped to APO/FPO boxes.

When ordering, the recipient . . .

  • is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country prior to placing an order.
  • is the importer of record
  • must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country
  • is responsible for all Import Fees

In the event your order is seized in customs or rejected and returned to us, the customer will be held responsible for the unreturned merchandise and/or any and all freight charges associated with the order.

These terms and conditions are in addition to our standard Terms and Conditions of Use of our website.  Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States.

Limitations
 

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).

Certain items cannot be shipped internationally; this includes items under pressure such as 12 gram CO2 cartridges.  We reserve the right to remove these items from your order prior to shipping or cancel an order that contains only these items. You will not be charged for items removed or cancelled orders.

Privacy
 

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
 

The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped if there is a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our warehouse.

Orders stopped, held, damaged, or lost by customs will not be refunded.  By placing an order you accept all risk and responsibility for the product once the order has been picked up by the freight carrier.

Shipping Rates
 

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. To see the shipping rate information specific to your order's destination, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and pricing.

Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order

UPS Standard Brokerage Fees
  UPS adds brokerage fees to all UPS Standard packages.  This fee will be at least $10 and in some instances more.

Payment Options
 

We only accept payment in US Dollars.

All International Orders:

  • Wire Transfer: (Preferred method for international orders)
    • There is a $45 wire transfer fee.  You must add that to your order here to get a propper order total.  If you place the order without the wire transfer fee item we will add it and email you with an updated total.
    • If a wire transfer would need to be refunded for any reason there is a $45 fee for that also.
    • Please understand that these fees are set by the banks, not us.

Canadian Customers or Customers with a successful purchasing history with us:

  • Credit Card payment by: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover.
    • You can only use these credit card options for verified shipping addresses.
    • If you are paying with a credit card, we will only ship to the billing address
    • Your credit card must accept AVS checks.  This is usually only available for Canada and some European countries.
  • Paypal: Your non-U.S. Paypal Account must be or become 'Non-U.S. Verified' with Paypal before we ship your order.
