Has my order shipped?
  Click the 'My Account / Order Status' link at the top right hand side of our site and login to your account to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the 'My Account / Order Status' link at the top right hand side of our site and login to your account to view orders you have placed. Then click the 'Change quantities / cancel orders' link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.  You can call us to see if we can make the change to the order before it is shipped.  To make a change in an order once it is processing we will asses a $2.00 order change fee.
How do I track my order?
  Click the 'My Account / Order Status' link at the top right hand side of our site and login to your account to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the 'My Account / Order Status' link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of 'delivered', please contact customer service for assistance.

My UPS order has not arrived.
If the tracking number for your package still shows the package in transit then simply wait for your package. UPS shipments are time guaranteed and you may have the right to a shipping refund from UPS. If your shipment has not arrived in the time that UPS says it should have then please contact us using the 'Contact' button above. We will file a claim with UPS on your behalf. If they accept the claim, we will pass the refund on to you. Please note that a $3.00 handling fee will be deducted from all such refunds. This is our handling fee from your initial order and shipping refund claim. Please remember that your shipping date may be 1 or 2 business days after you place your order on-line.
If the tracking number does not work or your package can not be located by UPS contact us immediately using the 'Contact' button.
If your UPS shipment has not arrived and you do not have a tracking number then your order has probably not yet shipped. If you can't tell why by looking in the 'My Account' section of our site then contact us using the 'Contact' button at the top of the page to get more information.

My USPS shipment has not arrived.
VERY IMPORTANT: Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail are not guaranteed and will not be replaced for free or on a rush basis if lost or damaged in the mail.
If your USPS shipment has not arrived and your tracking number does not work, all you can do is wait. Occasionally packages are delayed up to 3 or 4 weeks but this is rare. If you wish to place another order with us you may at your own expense. USPS Priority Mail does not have a guaranteed shipment time so shipping cannot be refunded because of delays.
If your USPS Priority Mail shipment has not arrived and you do not have a tracking number then your order has probably not yet shipped. If you can't tell why by looking in the 'My Account' section of our site then contact us using the 'Contact' button at the top of the page to get more information.

Unable to locate a Package that is indicated as "Delivered" by the tracking
Occasionally the package will be incorrectly scanned as delivered before delivery occurs.  When this happens the package is usually delivered within the next couple of days.
The other possibilities are:
-  Someone else may have accepted delivery, please check with all of people you live with and if applicable neighbors, mail room, front desk, managers and anyone else who may have accepted delivery.
-  Take a closer look around your delivery location.  Often mail carriers will place packages in a secure location that is not easily seen like behind a bush, on a porch, or in the garage.
-  Was there a delivery notice?  They are often left in your mailbox or on your door.
-  Contact your local Post Office.  They may actually have the package and be holding it for pickup, or may have information about the package location.

If you have exhausted all of these possibilities please contact us so we can assist you.
How fast do we ship your order?
  Orders are generally shipped within 1 business days of receipt.  We only process orders Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Saturday and Sunday are not business days.  We are also closed for most national holidays.

Please be sure to add this web site to your list of accepted email addresses and/or domains. it is possible to miss your order confirmation and additional important correspondence from us if you do not specifically choose to accepts emails from our domain.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers can only predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.Orders for out of stock items may be placed on back order. We make every effort to keep every product in stock but sometimes there are out of stock items that are beyond our control. We may also discontinue any item at any time. Because of this we can not guarantee the availability of an item at any time. We will notify you via email or phone if any item ordered is out of stock or discontinued.  If you happened to have ordered between shipments then your order will be held and shipped complete as soon as everything is in stock unless we hear from you.
Back Ordered
  Orders for out of stock items may be placed on back order. We make every effort to keep every product in stock but sometimes there are out of stock items that are beyond our control. We may also discontinue any item at any time. Because of this we can not guarantee the availability of an item at any time. We will notify you via email or phone if any item ordered is out of stock or discontinued.  If you happened to have ordered between shipments then your order will be held and shipped complete as soon as everything is in stock.

If you have paid for expedited shipping we will leave the shipping speed as is unless we hear from you.  You are welcome to change that back to standard shipping if you aren't going to need that extra speed because of the back order.  We'll of course waive the $2.00 change fee to make that change for you.  You may choose to get a refund for that cheaper shipping amount as credit or refund.

You may also break up your order and have the products in stock ship immedately and the back order portion ship when available.  Should you opt to have us ship the in stock items to you now, we will oblige, but please realize there will be a secondary shipping charge for the back order.

Customers with a back ordered item will have first priority when a shipment arrives.
Backorders are usually shipped the business day following the arrival of the item from the supplier.
We can not guarantee a time frame for backorder fulfillment.

  Billing Address
Your billing address is the address the bank issuing your credit card has on file for you. Make sure you give us the correct billing address to avoid delays in processing your order.  The billing address is verified through the Address Verification System (AVS) with Authorize.net.   You are welcome and encouraged to use your billing address as your shipping address to prevent order  delays                        

Shipping to an Alternate Address
If you would like your shipping address to be different than your billing address then we CAN accomdate you.  But, Since your shipping address does not match the billing address on file with your credit card company, your order will be placed on a temporary hold.  We will not charge your credit card the full amount, instead we will charge your card a small amount between .10 cents and .99 cents.  You will need to confirm this amount before we can ship your order.  This is not an additional charge to your card.  The total charged to your card will never be greater than what you have authorized.

Why Do We Do This?
Unfortunately there is a considerable amount of credit card fraud from either stolen cards or stolen numbers.  This is especially true in the paintball industry.  The only way to protect both us and you against this fraud is to ship to these verified addresses.  We understand that occasionally this may cause some unfortunate delays and hassles.  Please understand that we're trying to protect you, our customer, as much as ourselves.
