The reason "gravity feed" hoppers jam often is because of the weight of the paintballs push down on each other. The Proto Primo hopper (made by Dye) solves this problem by placing a shelf in the middle of the hopper. This allows paintballs to consitantly load as fast as gravity can suck them downward.

I wanted something that was going to give me a steady stream of paintballs going into the marker without the added weight of batteries / motor and without the air consumption of a cyclone feed.
