Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Clearance Items

All Clearance Sales Are Final

No returns, refunds, or exchanges on clearance items are allowed. All items are new, but may be open box, handled, or previously used for display or taking pictures. Accessories, unless expressly stated, may not be included, even if they are pictured. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us before purchasing any clearance items and we can give you specific details about the product in question. Quantities are extremely limited so we cannot guarantee availability. Also, because many of these items are 'older', there may be little or no warranty support from us or the manufacturer.

What can I return?

All new, unused merchandise (excluding clearance items) in unopened original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the date of invoice (shipping date).

  • Contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number for any returns for any reason. RMA#'s will not be issued after 30 days from the date of invoice.
  • Merchandise must be returned complete with all the original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories.
  • Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion.

Return for Refund - 10% Restocking Fee

  • Please allow 3 to 5 days after we receive the return for the credit to post to your credit card account.

Return for Store Credit - No Restocking Fee

  • Store credit will be issued by email in the form of a gift certificate code.
I changed my mind and refused my package
  Shipping costs will not be refunded on refused packages.
All returns for refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Packaging and Shipping a Return
  You have two options for exchanges:

We can charge you for the new order and ship out the replacement item immediately-we would then credit you for the returned item once it arrives in our warehouse.

You can request that we hold the replacement order for you until the returned product arrives. If you choose this option, your card will be credited or charged the difference for the returned product.
How do I return my product
  Do not use the item's packaging as the shipping box; any item returned with damaged packaging or markings on the item's box will be subject to additional restocking fees at our discretion. We will not accept merchandise in its own box covered with shipping tape and labels.

Pack all returns in appropriate shipping cartons. Clearly mark the carton with the RMA and Order ID #.

All original packaging and materials including literature, manuals and tools that were provided by the manufacturer must be returned with the product. Any missing item will be deducted from the refund amount.

You must insure your package and ship with a reputable shipping company.  We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping.
Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be returned or refunded for any reason, including:

  • Clearance Items
  • Paintballs - We inspect all paintballs before shipping for quality and breaks. Paintballs are carefully packaged and padded. Sometimes a few paintballs can break during shipping. This is normal. We do not accept returns of paintballs and all paintball sales are final.
  • Video Games - If you open the packaging in anyway, these can not be returned.
  • Undergarments - Uggg. We can't resell these if you decide you didn't want them.
  • Batteries
  • Electronic Boards
  • Used Product
  • Items we custom make our build for you

Some Fees are Non-Refundable:

  • Service and Installation
  • Freight associated with returns for any reason is strictly the responsibility of the sender. Freight paid will not be refunded for any reason.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) is required for all shipments being sent back to us for any reason. The RMA number must be CLEARLY indicated on the package being returned. Packages sent without a RMA# risk refusal of the package by our receiving department or delays in processing.

A copy of the original invoice should also be included in all returns.

Absolutely no RA Numbers will be issued after 30 days of the original invoice date.
Exchange Rate
  We take payments for orders in U.S. dollars, and all cancellations/refunds are returned in U.S. dollars.  A variance in these 2 amounts may occur as we have no control over exchange rate fluctuations.
What about opened or used items?

Used and/or open products may NOT be returned for any reason.

Use is defined as any attempts to install, fire, wear, or wash.

Used and/or open products returned to us will be subject to a restocking fee to be determined upon receipt by us. This restocking fee will vary from 20% to 95% depending on the condition of the returned merchandise.
