  All Product Warranties

All warranties are provided by and serviced by the manufacturer of the corresponding product. We do not provide any warranty service.

  • All items carry a manufacturer's warranty. All products are sent out in brand new condition from the manufacturer. All companies we deal with are very reputable and stand behind their products 100%.
  • If for any reason there is a problem out of the box, or over time with a product, you will have to refer to the manufacturer's warranty.
  • You can contact us to find out how contact the manufacturer of your product if you are unsure or having trouble doing so. 
  • Neither we or the Product Manufacturer are liable for any shipping charges on a defective/broken product.

Important note: A product you have taken apart and reassembled incorrectly is never considered defective and is not eligible for refund.

Stock Replacment Parts Warranty:

  • If you feel that part was damaged in shipping then we can help to file a claim with UPS on your behalf.
  • If you think a part is machined wrong (rare but I've seen it) then let us know so we can get a correct part out to you. 
  • If a new part 'breaks again' after you put it in then there is no warranty on the part.  Some items are more prone to breaking than others and need to be replaced on a regular basis.  If you are having excessive problems with a breaking part then perhaps something is assembled wrong or something else is wrong with the gun.  Call us or the manufacturer for suggestions.

Electronics Warranty
  Warranties for all electronic boards are handled through the manufacturer.

Electronic boards are not eligible for return, exchange, refund or store credit for any reason at any time.
Gun Warranty and Returns
  Gun Warranty and Returns

Any warranty service required should be directed to the manufacturer of your paintball gun.

Most guns come with a warranty card. Be sure to fill it out and send it in.

Note that wear and tear from normal use of a gun is common and might result in needing to replace common o-rings and seals. These are generally not covered under warranty since they are considered consumable parts. 

Read all instructions that accompany your paintball gun and especially take note of recommended Maintenance from the manufacturer. This will help you to have your equipment as reliable and functional as possible.

No refunds or credits will be issued for any gun that has been used or modified in any way. Any aftermarket modifications to your gun may void your manufacturer warranty. 

If the gun has been used, all repairs will be handled exclusively by the manufacturer.

If you send us your gun and we determine that we cannot accept it, we will contact you and either return it to you or forward it to the manufacturer for repair.
