Lost and Stolen Packages
Real Important information about lost and stolen packages
  Tippmann Parts insures our shipments to you against damage or loss during transit. We and the shipping carrier are NOT able to protect you against loss after the carrier has indicated that a package is delivered. The best way to protect yourself is with signature verification. Without signature verification, your are releasing us and the carrier from liability when the carrier leaves your package at your address. We do not reimburse you for loss after the carrier indicates delivery is complete.

If your package tracking shows "delivered", and you can not find it, check with your local post office or UPS location. Check with other members of your household in case the have your package.

If your items are incorrect or damaged, you must contact us within 15 days of receipt. We may need you to assist the carrier with damage claims before reimbursement can be made.
